Chapter Text

Title card: City Slickers

"Is that the Bat-Signal?" geeked CJ.

“OOOH! A Reference to Batman!” Carl said giddily.

“I will admit, this is cool, I'm quite a fan of Batman.” confessed Lincoln.

“Same here, love the comics and movies.” grinned Becky.

Ronnie Anne whispered to Lincoln, “I think you'd look even more handsome as Batman.” she said, kissing his cheek.

Lincoln blushed. ”Oh gosh” he giggled. “We haven't even started the episode yet.”

"Ironic considering there's a superhero story about Lincoln being Bat Boy." hummed Haiku.

"Out of curiosity Joe, did that story come before or after this episode aired?" asked Morpheus.

"A few months before." came the reply.

"You thinking the artist read the story and got inspired from it to make the card?" suggested Carl.

"Or a Batman fan, who knows?" shrugged Morpheus.

"I'd call it the Linc-Signal, since his face appears on the spotlight." grinned Lana.

Lincoln pondered. "Linc-Signal… hmm… I like it, thanks Lans." he smiled.

"You're welcome, my hero." giggled Lana.

Nikki realized something. “Wait....ISN'T THIS OUR DEBUT?!!” she asked, turning to Sameer and Casey.

“Yes it is.” Joe replied.

“FINALLY, we're appearing on screen!” grinned Casey.

“This'll be good.” grinned Sameer, rubbing his hands together.

Ronnie Anne suddenly remembered her behavior in this episode and frowned. Lincoln noticed and held her hand and smiled at her, to which she smiled back and snuggled to him.

One day, Lori and Lincoln are driving in Vanzilla to Great Lakes City.

“Woo-hoo!” cheered Carl. “Back to Great Lakes City!”

Lori screamed in excitement.

Everyone covered their ears.

Lincoln asked if he could get a warningnext time.

“Agreed that was freaking loud!” said Carol, wiggling her finger in her ear.

Lori chuckled sheepishly.

Loriapologized as she was excited.

Lincoln told theviewers they werevisiting Bobby and Ronnie Anne in the city and was excited for the trip, especially the Casagrandecuisine.

“I’m flattered you like my cooking.” Rosa smiled.

“Was that all you’re going for?” teased Luan.

Lincoln and Ronnie Anne blushed.

Lori said as soon as she graduates, she's gonna be living here as she screams again, much to Lincoln's annoyance.

Everyone uncovered their ears.

“Yeesh and I thought Luna could scream loud.” said Lynn.

Lori and Luna chuckled sheepishly.

Lori says she's always been a city girl at heart.

In a montage,Loriwalked on the street when a cab driver offers her a ride and a rose, Lori gleefully twirled.

Shewalked into a subway and sat with nearby glance happily at her, as one of them offered Lori a rose.

She walked up the street with by-passers smiling her way, with the underground construction offers her a rose.

“Nice reference to That Girl.” chuckled Agnes.

“You’re pretty optimistic.” commented Jordan.

“I was yes…” Lori trailed off remembering her experience.

Present:

Lori asked if Lincoln was excited to see Ronnie Anne.

Seeing on-screen Lori’s eyebrows, the girls looked at her knowing what she meant.

"What, can't a girl tease her brother about the girl he likes?” Lori defended.

Lincoln said they were gonna have a blast.

In Lincoln's dream sequence, heand Ronnie Anne were ordering a slice of Deep Dish Pizza. Lincoln was about to eat his pizza when Ronnie Anne put her piece into Lincoln's pants.

Later downtown, Lincoln was on the big screen. Ronnie Anne directs him to look up and she pulls down his pants, she laughs and the others watching the screen joins her.

Lincoln and Ronnie Anne boarded the subway when she pushes him out before the subway takes off.

Everyone winced at the montage.

"Well at least that last one wasn't so bad but still….” murmured Sid.

"Ronalda Anne Santiago!" Maria and Arturo scolded her daughter for the things she had done during the montage, also making her wince in the process.

Lincoln spoke up, "Woah, woah, woah, Mr and Mrs. Santiago! Before you scold your daughter for nothing, be aware that this was just my imagination running wild on how we would spend our time together, also none of that had happened!" he said. "Besides, I'm used to pranks all the time. And I know she would never do that out of any dark malice. She's changed into the best version of herself I knew she could be."

Both parents pondered that.

Ronnie Anne looked at Lincoln dreamily, hearts forming in her eyes.

'¡Nunca cambies, mi amor!' she thought to herself.

Translation: 'Don't ever change, my love!'

The Louds and the Casagrandes glanced over at the Latina girl and noticed her expression and they couldn't help but smile proudly at their only son/brother.

Ronnie Anne then thought of something as she turned to Lincoln. "Lincoln be honest. Do you still have a spot where you feel that about me?" She asked nervously.

Lincoln smiled reassuringly. "Of course, not. You already apologized for all of that. Plus, your tough girl personality always brings a smile to my face."

Ronnie Anne grabbed Lincoln and hugged and kissed him.

"AWWWWWWWW!!!" The girls gushed.

Lincolnsighed happily. "I've missed her."

"Oooh!" all the girls cried, making Ronniecoln roll their eyes.

“I gotta ask though Linc.” said Rusty. “Why did you say you looked forward to… all of that?”

“I just missed her that’s all.” Lincoln replied. “And I got used to all of that.”

“And I toning down my pranks when it’s not the both of us doing it for fun.” added Ronnie Anne. “For my family, my friends… and for you.”

Lincoln smiled and kissed her cheek.

At the Casagrande Family bodega, Vanzilla pulled up.

In the hallway, Carlos was standing reading a book, Lalo was resting, and Hector was on a ladder putting up the sign to welcome Lori and Lincoln back.

Frida and Maria came in carrying food.

Frida said higher, Maria said lower.

Hector wondered when they became sign people.

“Yeah why are you putting up a sign anyway?” asked Mollie.

“Just being friendly hosts.” replied Maria.

“I thought sign people moved their arms around.” said Leni.

“That’s people who use sign language Leni.” said Jackie. “Like if they’re deaf or can’t speak it.”

Carlos was talking about the freeway until Frida shoved food in his mouth, her and Maria winking.

Everyone laughed as Carlos humphed.

Carlota came in carryingtwo dresses looking for Ronnie Anne. But she was nowhere to be seen. Carlos andHectorshook didn't know where she was as Carlota ran off.

“Oh those dresses look totes adorbs!” said Leni.

“I gotta get that green one in my size!” said Mandee.

"I told you, I only wear dresses for events," Ronnie Anne said in annoyance.

"But what if he asked you out on a date?" Sid asked.

"Then I'll consider it, if he's taking to a fancy restaurant ," Ronnie Anne replied.

“I think the pink one would suite you. It’s closest to your natural color.” said Miguel.

Lincoln imagined Ronnie Anne in said dress and blushed.

Suddenly there was a poof of smoke and Ronnie Anne was in said dress.

“Huh. It actually looks good on me.” she mused.

Lincoln blushed even redder and went, “Ba… ba… ba…”

Ronnie Anne giggled as she snuggled against him before she was back in her purple sweater.

Ronnie Anne came out from behindLalo, saying it was worth hiding from Carlota even if she smelled like a dog as he locked her face and hair.

“Yeah a lot of things are worth it.” said Lana.

Rosa came in "cleansing the spirits" as Carlitosfollowed behind her, mimicking his grandmother.

Everyone gushed at Carlitos mimicking her.

“Aw so cute!” gushed Sam.

“What a little cutie!” Paula cooed.

Sergio ran into the ladder, knocking it and Hector over.

Everyone winced.

CJ came in andsaid Lincoln and Lori were there.Everyone greeted them as the Louds hugged CJ.

“Aw so cute!” smiled Sid.

“CJ really has a knack for notching people.” commented Benny.

“Yeah he was the first to spot the Santiagos when they came over in Relative Chaos.” said Myrtle.

“Chris Savino had a friend with Down Syndrome.” came Joe’s voice.

Everyone was impressed as Lincoln and CJ high-fived.

Everyonegreetedthem as Carlos asked how the roads were.

“They come over for a visit and that’s your conversation starter?” Arturo asked Carlos, raising an eyebrow.

Carl walked in wearing his footie pyjamas.

The boys naturally laughed while the girls gushed as Carl blushed.

"Nice PJ's, Casagrande." Lola snarked slyly as Carl growled at her.

Carl saw Lori and quickly changed into a white tuxedo, trying to put onthe charm. Lori wasuncomfortable.

Everyone deadpanned at Carl, who looked sheepish, though some kids tried - and failed - to stifle their laughter.

"Really, you're still on about that?” Adelaide said flatly.

"At least you don't bleed on Lori's shoes like Clyde." Stella said as Clyde blushed.

"Or act like a robot." Mollie added.

"I got over it!" Carl said defensively.

"As do I." Clyde added.

“Then again… you look cute in that tux.” Adelaide admitted.

Carl grinned.

“He looks like Rusty Ryan in Ocean’s Eleven.” commented Chaz.

“The one with Brad Pitt right?” asked Joey.

Chaz nodded.

Rosainvited them in. Hector said Bobby was in the bodega. But if he was stuck in the freezer again, leave him. He has to learn.

Everyone glared at Hector.

"Hector Casagrande!" Rosa yelled.

"You leave him in the freezer?!" Arturo asked in disbelief.

“Well, I must say that's awfully cold of you, Mr. Casagrande!” Luan laughed. ”Get it?” She then frowned. “But seriously, harsh.”

“You’re running a bodega, not a boot camp.” added Tabby.

Hector chuckled sheepishly. "Sorry, Bobby."

"It's cool, Abuelo." Bobby assured.

Rosa had made bothbreakfast and lunch.

Everyone laughed, unsurprised.

"I could eat both." Lincoln replied.

“Are you sure you don’t have the same appetite as me and Pop-Pop?” Lynn asked teasingly.

“What can I say? I like the Casagrande cuisine.” Lincoln shrugged. “And we Louds do have good appetites.”

Lynn chuckled and brought Lincoln into a side-hug as she patted her gut.

Rosa was happy as she gave Lincoln a full plate of food, pinching his cheek.

“That’s cute.” giggled Giggles.

Rosa did the same to Lincoln and he smiled.

CJ snuck up on Lincoln while playing with his toy sword, saying Lincoln now has to walk the plank.

“We know you like pirates CJ, but don’t smack it against someone at random.” chided Carlos.

“And when they’re eating.” said Frida.

“Got it!” nodded CJ.

Lincoln asks if he can eat first. CJ allows him, being a fairpirate.

“And a cute one!” said Paula, ruffling CJ’s hair as he blushed and giggled.

Ronnie Anne snuck up on Lincoln and surprised him, making him drop his food into Lalo's mouth.

“Sorry about that.” winced Ronnie Anne. “It’s hard to keep food around when Lalo’s about.”

Lincoln waved her off.

Lincoln gave her a present. It was a mustard yellow Royal Woods sweatshirt that sheimmediately put on.

“Aw that was nice of you Linky!” smiled Leni.

"While you didn't need to bring me any presents, I still appreciate it and still have that sweatshirt." smiled Ronnie Anne as the white-haired boy smiled back.

"A piece of trivia, Ronnie Anne's prototype design depicted her with a similar yellow sweatshirt, light brown hair, same jean shorts with sandals, here's a picture so you could take a look." Joe's voice rang out, displaying Ronnie Anne's prototype design on the screen.

Everyone took a look at the picture.

"Oh… I actually look nice like that." admitted Ronnie Anne.

"You're kidding me? You look astonishing no matter what, even now!" exclaimed Lincoln.

"Ooh!/Aww!" A mix of cries went around.

Ronnie Anne blushed bright red. "Thanks Linc, hey Joe, you think you could summon in my yellow sweatshirt?" asked the Latin girl.

"Sure." replied Joe, also dismissing the picture.

POOF!

Ronnie Anne was in her Royal Woods sweater.

“Alright I missed this thing!” she grinned.

“You do look great!” Lincoln smiled.

“Aw come here you!” Ronnie Anne chuckled as she and Lincoln hugged.

“In Stride , the sequel to Worth , he gave that sweater to her as a Christmas present.” came Joe’s voice.

Lincoln said he got it at Gus',apologizing for theglareknot smell.

Everyone laughed at the sweater landing in CJ’s hat.

Ronnie Anne states is better than smelling like adog and punched Lincoln's arm.

“Meh I don’t mind smelling like a dog.” said Lana, scratching an itch with her foot.

"Ow!" Lincoln winced.

“Relax, I’m used to it from Lynn and Lana.” Lincoln quickly said.

Frida gave Ronnie Anne her phone, saying Sameer's calling. Ronnie Anne said she'll call him later.

“Huh. Declined on the spot huh?” said Skippy, confused and suspicious.

Lincoln asks who Sameer is. Frida says he's part of Ronnie Anne's gang, thick asthieves as she cries.

“IT’S TRUE!” Frida cried as she sobbed.

Everyone rolled their eyes.

“Thick as thieves huh?” mused Nikki.

“Well we are skate-boarding pros.” said Casey.

Lincoln wants to meet them but Ronnie Anne declinedsaying this weekend was about them both as they leave.

The girls giggled at those words.

CJ chased after them for taking away hisprisoner.

Everyone laughed.

Bobby was sweeping up the bodega when Lori came in and they hugged.

Everyone went “Aww!” at the two as they hugged.

"Oh, you're so cold." Lori noticed.

"I just got out of the dairy case." Bobby explained.

Everyone facepalmed.

Bobby showed Lori how he organized the money inthe register, all the presidents facing the same way. Lori's impressed.

“That’s a nice little activity.” said Boris.

Bobby glumly states that now has has to work until 5.

“Oof that stinks.” said Rocky.

“Sorry.” Skippy sheepishly apologized. “Those garlic knots I had during our meal get me going.”

“Not that, having to work and not spend the day with someone.” Rocky clarified.

“Oh I get it now!” Skippy nodded before belching a little. “Ooh garlic!” he giggled.

Lori saysit's totes ok as she can spend the day in the city.

“Wait! Did you just say Leni's catchphrase?” Clyde asked.

Lori shrugged. “Well, being my roommate for a long time she kind of rubs off on me.”

“Aww!” Leni cooed as she hugged Lori and rubbed her cheek against hers.

“You can stop now.” Lori deadpanned.

Lori tells Bobby she's acity girl at heart, posing.

Everyone laughed.

She was about tofantasize when she saw Bobbylooked in the freezer, havingtrying to get her a soda.

Everyone facepalmed.

"Seriously Bobby, how are you getting stuck in there?" Lincoln asked.

"To be honest little bro, I have no idea," Bobby replied.

In Ronnie Anne's room, her and Lincoln were playing Muscle Fish and she was the winner.

“Dang Ronnie Anne you are really good at that game.” commented Stella.

“Does she win all the time?” asked Liam.

“Some times are better than others.” Lincoln said mysteriously as Ronnie Anne laughed. “But yeah I won some.”

Lincoln suggests they go into the city. Ronnie Anne says it's full of smelly subway cars. Maria pokes her head in to say there's more than that in the city.

“It’s true!” said Hector. “Great Lakes City is a great place to explore!”

“You just watch out for rush hour traffic.” said Carlos.

“And cats.” added Carl. “Present company known Cliff, Cleo, and Nep!”

The three cats meowed.

“They said they understand.” said Sergio.

Lincoln and Maria blinked twice. Frida popped her head in and they all blinked three times.

Everyone laughed.

Frida urges Ronnie Anne to go out to the city, stating they were all gonna stare until she did.

Everyone laughed again.

Ronnie Anne reluctantly gave in asand Lincoln left the room. Maria grabbed the controller and she challenged Frida as they began to play.

The scene cuts out with BANG,POW, and K.O graphics.

Everyone laughed while the adults looked amused.

“So you play video games mom?” Ronnie Anne questioned.

“You too mom?” Carlota asked.

Frida and Maria laughed nervously.

“Yes indeed.” said Maria.

“It's been a long time since we played the video game, so we wanted to enjoy it.” Frida added.

“Didn't know you two were gamers like Lincoln and Ronnie Anne.” Luna commented.

“We are. We usually play fighting games like the Mortal Kombat games.” Maria replied.

“Fatalities are usually hard to figure out though.” muttered Frida.

“Still though, Mortal Kombat is a fun game franchise.” said Clyde.

“My favorite is Mortal Kombat 11.” said Lincoln.

Ronnie Anne grinned. “Love that one.”

“Street Fighter is fun too.” said Rusty.

“Agreed.” nodded Stella. “But why did Capcom make so many versions of the 2nd games?

“Eh, who knows?” Zach shrugged.

“I'm a Smash Bros. gal, myself.” said Lana. “Especially love Smash Bros. Ultimate because it takes many characters and stages from the previous games, as well as new fighters and stages and combines them into one great package.”

Lori was in Carlota's room, wearing the city girl outfit she was dreaming of.

Everyone was impressed.

“Wow Lori you look great!” exclaimed Lola.

“So pretty!” said Darcy.

“Just like in your fantasy!” said Sid.

Lori giggled. “Thank you!”

Bobby stared at the screen in awe. “Ba… ba… ba…” he stammered.

Lori giggled at his reaction and kissed his cheek.

Carlota states that as a big-time thrifter, she has everything.

“It’s true, her closet is totes amazing!” said Leni.

CJ pops out of Carlota's dresser as a surprise attack.

Everyone laughed.

“CJ is really funny!” Luan giggled.

“I know right?” chuckled Ronnie Anne.

“I think he's very cute in that pirate costume.” Carol gushed.

“I know, I also think the same thing.” said Carlota.

“Thank you.” CJ smiled.

“CJ, you shouldn't hide in your sister's dresser, especially when someone is trying on an outfit. They could've been undressed.” Frida scolded.

CJ blinked. “Oh. I didn't think about that.”

CJ, Lori and Carlotalaughed when Carl walked in with chocolate on his upper lip, trying to woo Lori.

Everyone burst out laughing.

“Nice casanova look Carl.” chuckled Giggles.

Lori giggles as Carlota calls out Carl's puddingmustache.

Everyone laughed as Carl pouted.

Carl was annoyed as he wiped it off and Lori commented on his adorableness. Carl tried again but Lori brushed him off, saying he's literally adorable.

“It really is adorable.” giggled Carol.

Carl said Carlota ruined her vibe as she stuck hertongueout.

The kids laughed while the adults shook their heads in amusem*nt.

“It's not Carlota's fault. You weren't really convincing, anyway.” said Leni.

"Carl you’re 6, she's 17, she will never go for you." said Sid.

"Face it Carl, just like with Clyde it ain't gonna happen," Adelaide said.

Carl just pouted. “I know.”

Ronnie Anneunenthusiasticallyshowed Lincoln around town as he tried to keep up with her.

“You’re not even trying. You’re just rushing it.” said Sid.

Three voices were heard calling Ronnie Anne.

Casey, Sameer, and Nikki grinned excitedly.

“Hey there we are!” exclaimed Nikki.

“Making our debuts!” cheered Sameer.

“Say where’s Sid?” asked Rocky.

“Oh I hadn’t moved to the city yet.” said Sid.

Lincoln saw Ronnie Anne still walking so he ran up to her.

Everyone was confused.

“Why are you walking away from your friends?” asked Liam.

Ronnie Anne said nothing.

He tells her the trio were calling to her as she took off her sweater and tied it around herwaist.

Everyone was even more confused.

“Why didn’t you say ‘Hi?’” asked Howard.

Sameer asked if she heard them. Ronnie Anne replied shedidn't and there was anaward silence as her friends gave her odd looks. Lincoln smiled nervously.

Everyone laughed at his expression.

Lincoln introduces himself asCasey, Sameer, and Nikki do likewise. Lincoln guesses Ronnie Anne told them about him. Casey says shehasn't.

"How come you didn't tell your friends about your boyfriend?" asked Leni.

Ronnie Anne turned red and said "He wasn't my boyfriend back then, and the reason I didn't tell them about Lincoln was because..." she trailed off and everyone looked confused

“Just keep watching.” he said as he put an arm around her and she smiled at him.

Nikki leaned on Sameer's head, wondering how Lincoln knew Ronnie Anne.

Everyone giggled at what Nikki was doing.

“You lean on Sameer’s hair?” asked Jordan.

“Yeah but I don’t mind.” said Sameer. “I know my hair is huge.”

“Yeah! Huge and cool… and fluffy!” teased Nikki, playfully ruffling Sameer’s hair and he laughed with a blush.

Ronnie Anne replies Lincoln's part of her rough-and-tumble past.

Lynn snorted. “That’s one way of putting it.”

Lincoln snorts that the only thing rough-and-tumble was that a church carnival ride that made them puke up their cotton candy.

Everyone laughed though some gagged.

"That must’ve been some date." said Sid.

"Up until that part it was pretty great." Lincoln nodded.

"Yeah but after we felt better we got back to having fun." Ronnie Anne said as two smile at each other and held hands.

Ronnie Anne tried to getgoing when Lincoln asks the trio if they wanna hang and they agree, much to Ronnie Anne'snervousness.

“Why are you making that face?” asked Sid. She narrowed her eyes. “What are you hiding bestie?”

Ronnie Anne said nothing.

Lori bought a latte whenpeople bumped into her.

“Rude!” scowled Clyde.

“Meanies!” humphed Carlitos.

“Well cities are really populated.” said Lisa.

“And the people can be pretty nasty.” said Laird.

She tried hailing a cab but to no success.

“You have to yell louder for them to hear you.” said Adelaide.

A bus splashed her and smokesurrounded her.

Everyone gasped and winced.

“Sheesh, sorry that happened to you.” said Luna.

Lori looked grateful.

“There is a difference between fantasizing about something and actually doing it Miss Loud.” said Huggins.

Lincoln and Bobby hugged Lori and she willingly accepted it.

Elsewhere, Ronnie Anne, Lincoln, Sameer, Casey and Nikki were at the fountain eating hot dogs.

“We’re those Bruno’s hot dogs?” asked Sid.

"No, he was in a different part of town, so we just got from a different cart, but they were still good." her bestie replied.

Sammer asks Lincoln what he does at 300th street.

Everyone was confused again.

Lincoln wasconfusedwhen Ronnie Anne squirtedketchup on his shirt.

“Wait a minute you did that on purpose!” Lola scowled.

Ronnie Anne winced.

A pigeon tried to eat Lincoln's hot dog. More came as he said they were crazy.

“Sheesh that’s a lot of pigeons.” cringed Fiona.

“Critters there will do anything for food.” said Carl. “I know how you feel Lincoln. Sancho took my burger once.”

“Sancho can be just as bad.” grunted Sergio.

“So can you.” teased CJ.

Sergio pouted.

Casey threwa bread crumb to get rid of the pigeons, asking if they were crazy uptown.

“No. It’s quiet uptown ..” Luna began to sing before Luan clamped a hand over her mouth.

“Thank you Ms. Hamilton lover.” she deadpanned.

Lincoln was about to correct him when Ronnie Anneknocked him into the fountain, making Nikki giggle. Ronnie Anne lied saying Lincoln looked hot.

“Ok she did that on purpose again!” sneered Lana.

"EEEEEEE!! My bestie called her boyfriend hot!" squealed Sid.

Ronnie Anne blushed.

"But seriously Ronnie Anne, why did you push him into the fountain, why did you squirt ketchup on, why did you tell them he lived on 300th street, why were you acting so weird?” Sid asked, her mind confused.

Ronnie Anne flinched in guilt, but Lincoln wrapped an arm around her,

“It seems like the only thing you haven’t drained is my Love for you.” Lincoln said softly with a smile as he kissed her cheek, making her smile and they went back to watching the screen. (1)

Ronnie Anne then quickly turned to Sid and said, "Because I was dumb and did something really stupid. Just watch and you'll see.”

At the subway tunnel, the train pulls up, Lori holds her hair, and pulls out a map.

Those from Royal Woods had their eyes wide.

"Oh my, this line network is pretty complex, without the map I'd probably be lost." commented Stella.

"Can't really blame you for thinking so." Lori sighed.

"Yeah, we only have five bus lines, at most so that's kinda overwhelming." nodded Clyde.

But instead of 45th street, she's on the train to 250th and the train took off before Lori could get off.

Everyone winced.

"Uff, sorry that happened to you Lori." Sam said in sympathy.

"Ah! My little city girl were you alright?!" cried Lynn Sr.

"First: I'm not little." Lori began in a deadpan tone, but then changed into a small smile. "Second: I was literally fine, I only underestimated the subway's speed."

Lynn Sr. side-hugged his eldest.

"You're always gonna be my little girl, no matter which size or age." and gave her a kiss on the forehead.

Inside the tallest building in Great Lakes City, Ronnie Anne, Lincoln, Sameer, Nikki and Casey stepped out of the elevator take in theview of the whole city.

Everyone was awed by the view.

“Wow!” exclaimed Darcy.

“Look at that!” said Stella.

“It’s like you’re kings and queens of the world!” said Lola.

Lincoln comments Royal Woods' tallest building doesn'thave this kind ofview, but does helphim see Liam's chicken farm.

“That is true dawg.” said Rusty.

“Why does it feel so wonderful to be mentioned by Lincoln?” Liam hummed.

“Probably because he’s the best dang brother anywhere around.” Luna replied.

Lincoln blushed.

Nikkisaid she's never heard of a chicken farm in the city

“Because there isn’t one.” said Carlos.

Ronnie Anne cuts off Lincoln's explanation to point at a blimp. They look to see no blimp, the Latina girl claiming that they missed it.

Everyone was confused as on-screen Lincoln.

“That cloud.” said Lily, pointing.

Lincoln's suspicious and asks her to put on her sweatersince it's cold. She says she's fine. Lincoln asks if he could have it, but

“How do you know if he’s hot or cold?” asked Mollie.

“' Cause you're hot then you're cold, You're yes then you're no -MPH!” Luna began to sing before Lynn stuffed a piece of bread in her mouth. Luna shrugged and began to eat it.

Ronnie Anne tries to deny it, but Lincoln knows she'sembarrassed by where she's from.

“Busted!” squawked Sergio.

“Been a while since he said that.” quipped Dante.

Ronnie AnneDenys it, but Lincoln said he isn't dumb.

“That is true.” said Lisa. “While not as academically smart as me, Lincoln is very smart.”

“And clever!” said Leni.

Lincoln smiled.

Lincoln asks if she'sembarrassed. Ronnie Anne tells him to drop it, but Lincoln says he's not ashamed fromwhere he comes from.

“Agreed, he’s not ashamed about who he is or where he’s from.” said Lucy.

Ronnie Anne gulped.

Lincoln tries to talk to the trio, but RonnieAnne stops him, angrilyasking why he has to ruin things for her and she didn't ask him to come.Lincoln was hurt, so he decided to leave after taking his complementary photo.

Everyone gasped and glared at Ronnie Anne.

“What the hell Ronnie Anne?!” scowled Jordan.

“That’s harsh!” scowled Sam.

“And cold.” frowned Clyde.

Ronnie Anne could only look guilty.

Lincolnstorms off and Ronnie Anne feelsguiltyfor snapping at him like that.

“I really messed up with you that day…” Ronnie Anne said sadly.

Lincoln patted her shoulder.

Lori exits the subway on 250th street but fallsdown anopen manhole.

Everyone gasped and winced.

“Lori were you ok?!” shouted Lynn Sr.

“I lived Dad.” Lori replied.

“Who even left that manhole uncovered?” asked Albert.

At the Casagrande Apartment, the family is in the living room watching TV when Lincoln arrived, saying he needs to go home and goes to pack. The family shrugs it off.

“You guys didn’t even ask him why he was leaving?” asked Harold.

“We assumed something came up.” said Maria.

Then they all heard Lori sobbing as she ran to Carlota's room.

Everyone gave Lori sympathetic looks.

Bobby ran after her to comfort her.

“Aww, that's sweet of you!” smiled Adelaide.

Bobby just smiled and hugged Lori.

RonnieAnnecomes inasking ofthey've seen Lincoln. When asked why, she admits she did something dumb.

“It really was dumb of me.” Ronnie Anne sighed as Lincoln hugged her.

Rosa's worried and CJ guesses pirates are theproblem.

“So cute.” guished Mandee.

Hector declares they gotta figure outwhat's going on.

“Snoopers.” muttered Skippy.

“They’re just being a concerned family.” said Winston.

Bobby comforts Lori as she sobs how she can't live in the city girl.

Everyone felt sorry for Lori.

Bobby asks about their plans since they were gonna go tocollege together.

“Wait if that was the plan, why did Lori go to Fairway?” asked Sid, confused.

“Well I did get my scholarship to it in High School.” said Lori.

“And college in the city is expensive.” said Bobby. “But she still lives closer.”

“And who says no to a scholarship that pays for your college?” added Lynn Sr.

“Especially when you’re a family on a budget.” said Rita.

"That was before I fell in a manhole!" Lori wailed.

“Make up your mind, Lori! Did you fall in a man or did you fall in a hole?” Leni exclaimed.

Bobby tells her about how when he first got here he walked into the back end of a police horse.

Everyone shuddered.

“That wasn’t a fun day…” said Bobby.

“He smelled like a horse for an hour before we hosed him off.” said Carlota.

Lori manages tolaugh a bit as Bobby tells her life in the city isn't easy but she'll get used to it.Lori hugs Bobby feeling muchbetter.

Everyone smiled proudly at Bobby, especially the Casagrandes.

“Thank you so much for that Bobby.” Lori said thankfully. “Even though I don’t live in the city right now, I am much more used to it and try to make the most out of it thanks to you.”

“Of course babe!” smiled Bobby. “Anything for you!’

“I guess that hole problem has been fixed!” Luan laughed. “Get it?”

Rosa, Carlota, Carl, Carlos and Sergio, who were listening at the door, ere relieved.

Meanwhile, Hector, Frida, CJ, Maria and Lalo were listening at Ronnie Anne's door.

Ronnie Anne tries toconvince Lincoln to stay since she does want him there.

Everyone gushed at the two and smirked. The two rolled their eyes but smiled.

Lincoln asks why she lied. Ronnie Anne admits that she wanted them to think she was a city kid so they'd hang with her. Lincoln says if they were her friends that wouldn't matter to them.

“Lincoln’s right. You didn’t need to lie about your old home.” said Arturo.

“Yeah bestie! I became your best friend because I liked hanging out with you.” said Sid. “Not where you came from.”

“Same here bestie… same here…” Ronnie Anne smiled.

Ronnie Anne thanksLincoln as she puts on the sweater... just as her family falls in through the door.

Everyone laughed.

Frida lies aboutdoing a doorinspection. This one was a failure.

“Real smooth there Frida.” mused Rita.

Lalo then licked Lincoln again.

The two walked through the city hand-in-hand, though Ronnie Anne was annoyed by her family's snooping.

“I know how you feel.” said Lincoln.

Both families gave sheepish smiles.

“Aww they’re holding hands!” gushed Stella.

“You da man Linc!” said Liam.

Ronnie Anne and Lincoln chuckled.

Lincoln asks if they couldredo his complementary photo. It was of him red in the face and very angry.

“Hey, your face looks like the same one in ‘No Guts, No Glori,’ when your face turned red in fury from your sisters' antics.” commented Rusty.

Everyone was taken aback and the kids, including the Loud sisters, gulped at Lincoln’s pissed-off face.

“Yeah baby bro can be pretty scary…” Luna winced.

“Gotta avoid doing that in the future…” muttered Lynn.

Ronnie Anneagreesbut has to take care ofsomething. They meet up withCasey, Sameer and Nikki and she tells them about where she's really from and why she lied. She understands if they don't wanna hang with her. ButCasey says they do.

“You see? Lincoln was right!” said Luan.

“Yeah we love hanging out with you!” said Casey.

“You’re fun Santiago!” said Nikki.

Sameer says he's from Kansas to Nikki'sshock, but shelaughs saying she's messing with him.

Everyone laughed.

“You really had me there Nikki.” Sameer chuckled.

Nikki giggled and ruffled Sameer’s hair. “You’re just so adorable when we do cutie.” she said.

Sameer blushed.

Casey says they should getsomething to eat. He's cravinggarlic knots.

“I’m surprised you didn’t smell it earlier.” said Lana.

Later the Loud and Santiago siblings exited the apartment, Ronnie Anne laughingat the new photo. It was of her pantsing Lincoln. He comments how it didn't turn out so well either.

Everyone deadpanned at Ronnie Anne.

"I really need to switch to boxers." Lincoln murmured.

Ronnie Anne chuckled sheepishly. “I really gotta stop doing that.”

Lucy nudged Lynn’s shoulder.

“Same.” she relented.

Ronnie Anne comments he'll have to come back asshe punches his arm.

“...And take it easy with the punches so I don’t bruise your arm.” she sheepishly added.

Lori thanks Bobby for his help as shefantasied about being a city girl again... only for it to be cut off when she sawVanzillabeing towed.

Everyone gasped.

“MY BABY!” Lynn Sr. and Leonard cried.

Lori ran after the tow truck, her boyfriend andtheir siblings following as Bobby told her to watchout for horse butts.

Everyone laughed.

“And that’s why I watch where I park in the city now…” Lori muttered.

“I bet that costed you a lot of money.” said Sam.

“I was able to.” said Lori.

Ronnie Anne turned to her friend group.

"I wanted apologize once again for lying about my hometown, and also thank for accepting me for who I am." Ronnie Anne smiled.

"Of course Ronnie, it's for who you are that we love, not where you from." smiled Casey, Sameer and Nikki nodded in agreement.

“You know, aside from the visit of the Casagrandes,” said Lincoln as he turned to Casey, Sameer and Nikki. "I'm really glad I met you three.”

The three city kids couldn't help but smile.

“Yeah, you're right, thanks Linc.” Sameer thanked.

“Maybe Ronnie Anne didn't tell us about you and Royal Woods before, but after that, we're glad we can be friends with you.” said Nikki.

“After we met, now Ronnie Anne told us things about you, except the bully girl part because she wasn't a social girl and since we saw everything in certain episodes.” Nikki added. “My point is, we're glad we can be friends with you bro, and after all the times you come to Great Lakes City, we like hanging out with you, you're like an honorary member of Ronnie Anne's friend group.”

“Thanks guys…” Lincoln said genuinely.

"Aww, group hug!" grinned Sid, thus all six friends hugged each other.

Ronnie Anne smiled. She faced Lincoln. “Again, I’m sorry for the way I behaved that day.”

“Water under the bridge babe.” Lincoln smiled. “I understand you wanted to make new friends in a new place. And it worked out in the end. And from what you’ve told me, when you became friends with Sid, it still worked out.”

The two smiled and shared a kiss as everyone gushed. The sisters, Sid, Carlota, and Nikki squealed.

Joe’s voice rang out.

“Ok brace yourselves everyone… the next episode is an April Fools’ Day one…”

“Oh no…” Luan gulped.

Everyone shuddered, not liking what was coming next.

And for the first time… Luan dreaded what April Fools’ Day was gonna bring.
